To fulfill the homeowners' pursuit of a high-quality lifestyle and rectify the limitations of the original layout, the designer completely reconfigured this three-bedroom apartment. The result is a beautifully balanced, highly functional home rooted in serene Japanese minimalist aesthetics.
The television feature wall seamlessly transitions into the study. The designer realigned the layout to make the living room feel significantly more spacious, open, and perfectly proportioned.
Between the study and the living room, we introduced a striking curved partition crafted from switchable smart glass (privacy glass). With the flick of a switch, the glass instantly transitions from completely transparent to frosted opacity. This innovative feature grants the homeowner absolute privacy when focusing on work without compromising the home's sleek, contemporary design.
