Natural Textures and Hidden Functionality
This 450 sq. ft. two-bedroom home at The Pavilia Farm is designed around the homeowners’ lifestyle and interests. A wall-mounted panel with hooks and a movable bench keeps the entrance open and practical, while a dedicated vinyl record drawer is integrated into the TV cabinet.
In the living room, textured finishes add depth and character, from the cloud-wash effect behind the sofa to the natural straw paint on the TV feature wall. The master bedroom features a balcony-friendly layout, with a pull-out vanity cleverly concealed within the wardrobe to maximise space and maintain a comfortable circulation flow.
