Modern Style in Greyscale  Chic and Stylish Design

A concrete wall is an efficient way to give a space a contemporary look while keeping the industrial vibes alive. Our design team employed light grey textured concrete wallpaper in the living and dining room. The natural aesthetic effortlessly brings an industrial loft style to the space. Striking the balance of spaciousness and practicality, a wood batten cabinet and 15-feet long TV cabinet were designed to connect the dining room and living room. All the belongings are allowed to be organized and hidden. The sleek design also helps enlarge the space visually and adds a minimalist touch to the living room.

Monochromatic palette is chic and modern, yet it may imply a sense of cold and rigidness. The design team incorporated different types of lighting, including pendant lamp, wall sconce, track lights and spot lamps to bring out depth and texture of each space. A cozy, homey and comfortable atmosphere sits together in this gathering place.

Contrasting the grey and dark wood hue, the master bedroom fuses bright and softness with a white wardrobe and oak wooden accent wall. In solving the bevel at the corner of the layout, designers relieved the layout with an open shelf. With the cove lighting over the headboard, the rest and relaxation space infused with calming warmth for a more welcoming atmosphere.

Anchoring the modern and minimal design in the living and dining room, grey tiles and light wood palette were applied to the kitchen. To encourage natural light flows in, the kitchen door was replaced by a black-framed reeded glass door.

Covering bathroom walls in floor-to-ceiling grey stone and tiling is a practical approach to make the bathroom feel more spacious. The original bath tub was transformed into a shower cubicle.
